Eskijack

American Eskimo / Jack Russell Hybrid Dogs

Information and Pictures

Pinky the tan and white Eskijack is standing outside om grass with a bunch of colorful leaves around her.

"We used to live in Canada, where we adopted the cutest dog ever!!! Her name is Pinky and we were told at time of the adoption (she was 6 months old approx.) that she was a "Jack-a-Mo," a mix of American Eskimo and Jack Russell. Pinky is shown here at 2 years old."

Description

The Eskijack is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the American Eskimo and the Jack Russell Terrier. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
